Reverse Logistics

Returns don't manage
themselves.

Amplifier manages returns execution through Two Boxes, a purpose-built reverse logistics platform integrated directly into our warehouse operations. This creates flexibility to move beyond a basic receive and restock model into a brand configured workflow instead.

01

Initiation

Returns start from your customer-facing flow - whether that's Shopify, Loop, Happy Returns, AfterShip, Narvar, Redo, or another compatible provider. Labels are generated automatically and tied to the original order, so every inbound return arrives pre-associated with the correct customer and SKU.

02

Receipt and Inspection

While the basic offering provides a stock/restock assessment, with Two Boxes, when a return hits the warehouse, associates work through a standardized inspection workflow, not a judgment call. Each unit is assessed against criteria you define. Condition and reason codes are captured in real time, creating a consistent, documented record for every item that comes back through the door.

03

Validation

Returned units are scanned and validated against the original outbound shipment. For brands that require it, we support both serial-level and LOT tracking, giving you full forward and reverse traceability at whatever granularity your product demands.

Based on inspection results, units are system-directed to the right outcome which means immediate restock for units that meet sellable criteria.

04

Light Rework

For units that are functionally sound but not retail-ready, we can repackage, perform a component check, or complete other light prep before returning them to available inventory. The goal is recovering sellable units without cutting corners on quality.
