  • Multi-Channel

    Integrate your Shopify Store, Squarespace, WooCommerce, Etsy and more with your Amplifier fulfillment. Even direct API integrated-sources. We give you a single, filterable view of all of them.

  • Continuous Order Status

    We give you a view of all your orders’ states. Most will quickly show Shipped, but occasionally your order might be Awaiting Inventory or Alerted. We let you know so that action can be taken.

  • FIFO ALLOCATION

    Our OMS/WMS integration ensures that all your orders are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. And with our real time inventory services, we help prevent oversales.

  • Tracking

    Once your order ships, Amplifier shares the tracking number. If your order ships across different shipments, we’ll include the tracking number of each in the detail.

  • RETURNS MANAGEMENT

    Amplifier offers built-in Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) creation and shipping label creation directly in our platform. We even let you assign Returnability rules by each SKU.

  • Secure Inventory Storage

    Store your inventory in a secure, bonded, modern logistics warehouse. Our over 100K sq.ft warehouse has over 30’ clear height, is monitored with CCTV cameras, and we offer both HOT and COLD inventory storage.

  • Barcoded Inventory -AND- LOCATIONS

    All inventory and locations in our warehouse are barcoded. Because each Amplifier employee performs their work from an RF gun, every transaction is logged and tied back to that user, ensuring total accountability and visibility.

  • Optional Cycle-Counting

    To ensure your inventory numbers are reliable, our team continuously counts your inventory in a process called “cycle-counting.” This enables you to avoid the cost and downtime of a once-a-year full inventory count.

  • Volumetrics

    Amplifier uses volumetric laser scanners to capture the length, width & height, and weight of every new SKU you send us. This data enables our WMS to recommend the smallest possible container for each shipment, reducing your freight costs.

  • Mystery Box Management

    No matter how well you plan, you’ll eventually accumulate excess Inventory. With Amplifier’s Mystery Box features, you can run clearance sales to reduce your inventory carrying costs. We even help you ensure customers don’t get multiples.
